What documents are needed to rent a scooty?

You need a valid driving license (two-wheeler category) and a government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, passport, or voter ID). A security deposit is also required.

Is fuel included in the rental?

No, fuel is not included. The scooty is provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. Alternatively, you can return it at the same level and we adjust accordingly.

Can I take the scooty to other cities like Haridwar or Mussoorie?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our rental allows inter-city travel within Uttarakhand. Please inform us of your planned route at the time of booking so we can provide the necessary documentation.

Question 4

What happens in case of a breakdown?

Accepted Answer

We provide roadside assistance. In case of a breakdown, call our support number and we will arrange assistance within 2 hours. Mechanical failures due to normal use are covered at no extra cost.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Accepted Answer

Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). We also offer weekly rates at a discounted price. Hourly rentals are not available.
