Cancellation by Operator

If an activity is cancelled by us or our operators due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or operational reasons, you will receive a 100% full refund or complimentary rescheduling — your choice.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For bookings made via WhatsApp/bank transfer, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Photography/video packages once the file has been delivered
  • Transport charges (if already incurred)
  • No-shows without prior communication
